The DLOG Central City Opera Tour is scheduled for a Wednesday matinee on July 29, 2015 to experience Verdi's La Traviata. The matinee begins at 2:00 pm and we have reserved 4 parking spots for car pools. Our usual transportation, the Central City opera bus will not be operating that day. Carole Cruson is asking for 4 to 5 volunteers to be willing to drive. We have 20 tickets reserved, first come first served.
We have also reserved 20 places in the Face Bar at the Teller House for lunch. During opera season Kevin Taylor provides food service at the Teller House; they are reserving our places for 11:30 and agreed that we may order off the menu.
You may make your reservation by sending a check payable to DLOG for $46.45 no later than June 25.
This amount will cover your ticket and the cost of reserved parking.
Carole's address is 103 Normans St. Golden, CO 80403
Carole will help with the arrangements for the volunteer drivers. We would appreciate those driver volunteers letting Carole know shortly after the Fourth of July so we can work out final transportation needs.
