Ever wondered how an aria goes from ‘great’ to ‘goosebumps’? Come see the magic happen live at the Louise C. Conter Master Class — free, fabulous, and full of high notes!

To take advantage of Ms. Rowley’s unique skill set. the 2027 DLOG Master Class will incorporate both traditional Master Class sessions as well as Ms. Rowley’s acclaimed “Epic Auditioning” seminar. Eight singers will be chosen to participate in traditional Master Class sessions with Ms. Rowley. Her Master Classes are fun, instructive and often go viral on social media. In addition to the standard Master Class sessions, four singers will be active participants in the “Epic Auditioning” seminar. Participants will present auditions with feedback at the end. These singers will need a 5 Aria list, to dress as they would for an audition, and to send an updated resume to Ms. Rowley ahead of time so she can put it into the PowerPoint and the class can review it together. While not serving as active participants, all Competition candidates are welcome and encouraged to attend the “Epic Auditioning” seminar.

Jennifer Rowley

Soprano Jennifer Rowley is acclaimed worldwide for her unforgettable voice and remarkable stage presence, singing a richly varied repertoire that includes many of opera’s greatest heroines. Her 2026/27 season brings two role debuts: Elizabeth de Valois in the French version of Verdi’s Don Carlos at Korean National Opera and her first foray into the Germanic repertoire as Leonora in Beethoven’s Fidelio at Teatro Mayor Bogotà. This season she also returns to her signature role of Tosca with the Sacramento Philharmonic and Opera, as well as Teatro Massimo Palermo. Her concert calendar includes a series of recitals with pianist, Anthony Manoli, a New Year’s Eve gala at the Lensik Center in Santa Fe, a solo concert with the United States Air Force Band, a recital at Lyric Opera of the Philippines, and “Viva! Verdi” in concert with Florida Grand Opera. Ms. Rowley’s season includes artist residencies at the AJ Fletcher Opera Institute at the North Carolina School for the Arts, Lyric Opera of the Philippines, the Best Opera in Hong Kong and Texoma NATS at West Texas A & M University.

In addition to her stage work, Ms. Rowley is an ardent support of young opera singers. Each year she presents Aria Bootcamp for up-and-coming opera singers. Aria Bootcamp is an intensive young artist training program designed to help young operatic artists prepare for the coming audition season with confidence and strategy. At Aria Bootcamp, her team of leading industry professionals provides the tools, guidance and support needed to build and refine a compelling five-aria audition package using Jennifer Rowley’s “Epic Auditioning” strategy. Participants receive focused coaching in languages, musical style, acting, and vocal technique ensuring that every aria is not only vocally secure but dramatically compelling. Throughout the program, singers refine their audition package through mock auditions, workshops, audition panels, seminars, and personalized feedback from highly respected professionals in the operatic industry. The program culminates with high-definition video recordings of each participant’s audition package, ideal for pre-screening and audition submissions throughout the following season. From singers preparing for graduate school auditions to artists applying for Young Artist Programs, as well as emerging professionals pursuing management and main stage opportunities, Aria Bootcamp welcomes artists at every stage of their journey. The exceptional faculty helps singers leave feeling fully prepared, empowered, and ready to take on the upcoming audition season!
